Welcome to Legacy Rides. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://mylegacyrides.com (the “Website”) and our services, including luxury car rentals, chauffeur services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

Eligibility and Driver Requirements

All renters must meet minimum requirements. Drivers of exotic and luxury rentals must be at least twenty-five years old. Certain vehicles may be available to drivers twenty-one and older with additional fees and restrictions. A valid U.S. driver’s license or an international equivalent with passport is required. Legacy Rides reserves the right to review driving records and deny rentals to individuals with recent major violations, DUIs, or unsafe driving history. Additional drivers must be pre-approved and listed on the rental agreement.

Reservations and Payments

A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations. Depending on the vehicle, a refundable security deposit will be held on the card at the time of rental. The deposit is released in accordance with your bank’s policy once the vehicle is returned without issue. Full payment or authorization must be completed before vehicle delivery or pickup. Legacy Rides uses third-party processors for payments, and by providing payment information, you authorize us to process transactions under our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

Cancellations and Refunds

Reservations canceled at least seventy-two hours before the scheduled rental may be refunded, less a processing fee. Cancellations made within seventy-two hours of the start date may result in partial or no refund. Chauffeur service cancellations must be made at least forty-eight hours in advance to avoid charges.

Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

Vehicles must always be operated safely and lawfully. Off-road use, racing, drifting, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, and the transport of illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle. The renter is responsible for all damages, tolls, tickets, towing charges, and impound fees incurred during the rental period. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup; refueling charges will apply if this requirement is not met.

Mileage and Usage

Each rental includes a mileage allowance, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional mileage beyond the allowance will be charged at the rate specified in the rental agreement.

Insurance and Liability

Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles. If coverage is not sufficient, Legacy Rides may offer supplemental insurance at an additional cost. In the event of an accident, renters are responsible for deductibles, damages, and loss-of-use fees.

Chauffeur Services

Chauffeur service bookings include a professional driver, fuel, and standard mileage. Additional waiting time, extra stops, or service beyond the agreed period may incur extra charges. Legacy Rides reserves the right to refuse service if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Late Returns and Fees

Late returns will result in hourly or daily charges as outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to return a vehicle on time may result in additional penalties and can be treated as vehicle theft under Texas law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website by attempting unauthorized access, introducing harmful software, or disrupting service operations. Legacy Rides may suspend or restrict access at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Legacy Rides, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. In all cases, our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Rides, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and Legacy Rides regarding use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

Legacy Rides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our Website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
